Gray and not sure how I feel
I have had gray hair for a while but when I decided to go natural they just went wild 'the kinks and coils' but I am not sure how I feel about them now. Yesterday I felt like I would colour then I saw a friend today and she said 'I hope you not planning to touch those grays' (: I usually love them but for some reason they boddering me now. But as a good sistren of mine said wait doing a colour now when I am in this frame of mind is not such a good idea!! true don't it? Well friends what do you all think?

I think grey brings out the mature sexy in a person when its worn with confidence.
Gosh, not sure how to give advice on a decision so personal. I only have 2 gray hairs right now. The first one I've had a few years and got over it because it's in the middle of my head. The 2nd just showed up in the last 2 months and its right at the front hair line. I admit - I'm a little freaked out by it. So I know if I had more grays all over, I would color mine and I don't believe in giving advice I wouldn't follow. Go with what you want to do and not what other people want you to do.
I've had gray hair since I was a child so I"m use to having gray hair bur I've always colored it when I had my perm. I haven't colored my hair since August 2005 since I had my sisterlocks installed. Me personally, don't like it and plan to color my hair when my consultant tells me its ok. I'm 16 months and she told me at my next retightening, I should be ready and she knows a good colorist. Whatever decision you go with make sure you find a reputable colorist. I've heard too many horror stories.
I'm feeling you on the gray thing. I was just preparing a post on the subject myself, but I wasn't sure I wanted to post pics of it - just vanity I guess. I don't mind it in the back or throughout my locks, I just don't like it framing my face. Right now, I just touch up the front edges. Do what makes you feel your best.
It's a personal decision, so do what works for you.
I fret about grey hair too. I made Breadfruit pull out 6 two days ago. Two came in when I was 19, and now I'm up to 6. *panic attack*

Personally I think your gray is gorgeous. I too have gray but unlike yours, it's very lightly sprinkled across the front, which makes my locs look sprinkled with lint. :(
Thing is, I've always admired beautiful gray hair and looked forward to having some of my own (my mom's is silver, my dad's is white). But right now I don't find it very flattering.
Although I'm drawn to color, for various reasons (including the fact that I'm currently in a small town in Iowa) I'm not going to do it right now.
So that's where I'M at right now...I'm living with my grays...but as others have said, do what you feel is best for you.
Girl, do your thing and embrace the gray! I think it's cool because you don't look like you are gray. You look great!!!
I love your gray hair it looks nice.. I also love my gray hair and I don't want to color it because it's a job to keep it up and it helps me to remember all the Lord has brought me through. To me it's a blessing to have the gray hair. I don't think it makes me look any older and I actually get alot of compliments on my gray hair and my locks. I think the locks balances it out because I think they make me look younger.
But you have to do what you feel comfortable with and I am sure either way you will look great..
